Masahiro Ito, the Japanese artist mostly known for his work on the Silent Hill series, has announced that he’s involved in a new project. On Twitter, Ito said he’s part of a game’s core team, adding that he hopes the project doesn’t get cancelled. With that in mind, however, the veteran artist wasn’t able to reveal more at this time. It’s not clear who’s making the new game, but seeing as Ito is currently a free agent, it’s unlikely to be Konami. Whatever it is, we hope to find out about it soon.
