Mediatonic today unveiled Season 5 for Fall Guys, which goes live in the game tomorrow, July 20. As previously revealed, Season 5 has a jungle adventure theme. One of the bigger news for Fall Guys players is the arrival of Squads mode, which debuts with Season 5. Throughout the season, you’ll also see limited-time Duos and Trios modes. Limited Time Events are the other big addition in the new season....
The recent launch of Fall Guys was remarkably successful, having reached 120k concurrent players on its first day. Since then, it has been announced that over 1.5 million new players logged into Fall Guys in its first 24 hours of being available. However, many players have reported connection issues, likely due to the immense traffic populating the servers. The official Fall Guys Twitter page addressed this earlier today, noting that a patch is currently in the works....
In addition to the Season Pass, which includes three DLC episodes, the game will feature an extensive content roadmap that will bring a stream of content to the game following its release. With the Season Pass, you will take control of the series’ villains: Vaas Montenegro, Pagan Min, and Joseph Seed – all played by the original cast. Over the course of three DLC releases, the characters will be struggling to escape the “horrors of their own minds” in a die and retry roguelike mode....

Last week, you were tasked with finding floaty rings near Lazy Lake. The floaty rings at Pleasant Park are a lot easier to find - all you need to do is travel via ziplines. There’s an obvious downside to this, though: opponents are likely to try and eliminate you as you’re riding a zipline or shortly after you land, so make sure you have a few weapons to hand....

Fortnite Impostors is a lot like another smash-hit game, Among Us, where teams of players work together to either eliminate everyone else or work out who’s lying. Out of the total of 10 players, there are 2 teams: Agents and Impostors. Agents are just going about their everyday business completing assignments, while the Impostors are trying to eliminate them from the game and get away with it. Out of the total of 10 players, there are 8 saintly agents and 2 tricksy impostors impersonating them....
Details about Fortnite’s migration to Unreal Engine 5 surfaced on the official Unreal Engine blog, where a new, non-Fortnite real-time demo running on PlayStation 5 was also showcased. Speaking during today’s Xbox and Bethesda roundtable, Spencer basically reiterated what he said earlier this week regarding whether new Zenimax Media games will be multi-platform. The company will still honor current contractual obligations such as those with Sony for Ghostwire: Tokyo and Death Loop. “We have games that exist on other platforms, and we’re going to go support those games on the platforms they’re on," said Spencer. “There are communities of players, and we love those communities and we’ll continue to invest in them, and even in the future, there might be things that have either contractual things or a legacy on different platforms....
“Future 1P titles are developed for Xbox Series X first,” Greenberg said on Twitter. “Not saying those games won’t ship on Xbox One, only that we’re leading with Series X & each studio will decide what’s best for their game/community when they launch.” Greenberg also stated the websites for Avowed and Everwild would be updated to remove Xbox One as a platform (thanks USgamer). The four Stances in Ghost of Tsushima are: Stone, Water, Wind, and Moon - unlocked in that order. Killing a leader only nets you one point towards your stance progress, but you can effectively double this by “observing” a Leader beforehand. Each Stance comes with unique abilities you can use in battle, so it’s worth seeking out Mongol Leaders to observe and gain extra Stance points. Not all Stances are available at the beginning of the game, so instead, you’ll need to sneak through Mongol encampments and observe the Leaders to get access as efficiently as possible....
