According to Relic, a second expansion called Dawn of the Dukes is coming to Age of Empires 2: Definitive Edition this summer. It takes players to Eastern Europe with new campaigns and much more. Later this year the game will also get co-op historical battles with hand-picked and specific missions to play with friends. Age of Empires 3: Definitive Edition will receive a free update on April 13. It will feature the US civilization with a new explorer and nine new units alongside an age-up mechanic....

Early Access is now open in the US and you can request an invitation through here. Luna allows you to play on one screen and pick up and continue on another. At launch it will be available on Fire TV, PC, and Mac as well as on apps for iPhone and iPad, with Android coming soon. Players can subscribe to the Luna+ game channel, which offers games such Resident Evil 7, Control, and Panzer Dragoon as well as A Plague Tale: Innocence and The Surge 2, Yooka-Laylee and The Impossible Lair, Iconoclasts, GRID, ABZU, and Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons....

That is to say, a new game from Free Lives, published by Devolver. We’re talking about Anger Foot, of course, which was quite hard to miss during the show. Anger Foot is a fast-paced FPS where you go around kicking doors and gangsters. As with Gorn, Genital Jousting and Broforce before it, the setup is quite simple. You go around Shit City (yes, that’s its actual name) kicking down doors, kicking explosive barrels towards enemies, and going around cleaning rooms of bozos....

Over on Metacritic, users are review bombing Animal Crossing: New Horizons by handing the game more zeroes than we can count. There are some fours and twos thrown in there, but the majority of negative reviews on both pages consist of zeroes (thanks, Nintendo Life). Granted, there are 415 positive user reviews, but negative reviews make up a little over half that with 231 submitted. The main complaint is that the game only allows one island per Switch console....

Featuring a dungeon in the ever-changing Castle of Evil, you will be able to go it alone or join forces with up to three friends. During your time in the game, you will acquire legendary weapons and use powerful magic to smite hordes of enemies....

In Wrath of the Druids, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla players will journey to Ireland and unravel the mysteries of a druidic cult, tracking and discovering their members. Diving into Gaelic myths and folklores, they’ll need to fight their way through haunted forests and various landscapes while trying to gain influence among Gaelic kings. Ubisoft has released a gameplay walkthrough of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla running on Xbox Series X. The video is around nine minutes long and shows off your settlement, river raids, fighting, exploration, stealth, and it also touches upon mythology. In the game, you play as Eivor who is torn between brotherly duty and a personal quest for glory. Eivor’s clan is looking for more in the land of England, as they are driven from Norway by war and dwindling resources....

At CES 2020, Asus and Nvidia announced a new monitor with a staggering refresh rate of 360Hz. The 24.5" monitor has a resolution of only 1080p, and is equipped with Nvidia’s G-Sync anti-tearing technology. At that refresh rate, frames will be displayed every 2.8ms. That is, of course, assuming your PC can output a consistent 360Hz to begin with. Considering the low resolution of 1080p, it’s certainly possible, though you may only see it in older/less graphically intensive games like Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, or Dota 2....

During the BitSummit Gaiden livestream, Azure Striker Gunvolt 3 was announced by Inti Creates. The game features a new playable character named Kirin, and is a “true blue sequel” in the series. Action supervisor Keiji Inafune will be working closely with series director Yoshihisa Tsuda of Inti Creates to “craft new systems and ideas that take the action the series is known for to the next level.” In development for Switch, a release date was not provided....

Update 8 also includes the playable Gnome race, a major upgrade to the pace of combat, and more. The patch, titled Of Valour and Lore, comes with the masters of song and speech who can dish out both inspiration and devastation on the battlefield. The Bard also features two sub-classes: the College of Valour and the College of Lore. Valour is a combat-focused sub-class. Those who choose it will find proficiencies and skills allowing them to buff and inspire allies using Combat Inspiration....

DICE has confirmed that the first time Battlefield 2042 will be publicly playable is going to be through a limited alpha test, which goes live sometime in early July. Unfortunately, you can’t directly sign up to play the alpha. Instead, DICE will email random, long-time Battlefield players those invites. This setup should be familiar to Battlefield fans, as it’s one DICE utilised in the past for its alpha tests. Unlike those games, however, the Battlefield 2042’s alpha environments will be entirely grey boxed, meaning you won’t see any textures on the map or the various objects....

Just recently, we got introduced to a bug that allows Specialist Dozer to phase through walls by turning down the game’s graphics settings. As we pointed out at the time, this isn’t something you’ll likely to get much use out of. It turns out, there’s another glitch you can replicate that also involves going into the game’s menus. Reddit user Jagsfootball51 came upon a major problem that instantly negates the effects of smoke grenades....

Available November 22, Season 3 adds a new map, Specialist, weapons, vehicle, and more, including 100 new tiers of Battle Pass content. All core gameplay-affecting content will be available to all players as part of the Free tier in the Battle Pass, and additional cosmetic items are earnable through a Premium version of the Battle Pass. In Season 3, players will travel to the wilderness in Sweden with the new map, Spearhead, which features semi-automated manufacturing facilities....

Titled Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon, in it you will take control of Cereza and her first demon Cheshire to fend off faeries and solve puzzles/ Not much else is know about the game as of press time, but it has some rather lovely annimation. You’ll be able to grab it rather soon too, as it’s out on March 17, 2023. Pre-orders are available on Nintendo eShop. Once we know more about the game, we’ll updte this post....

Below will be released on PS4 April 7 alongside the Explore mode. The mode will also be released as an update for the PC on Steam that same day, and for Xbox One shortly after. Explore mode provides a more accessible experience and encourages exploration. It features changes to survival, death, and damage, which turns the game into more of an action-adventure. If you want a challenge, you will find it in the original game mode which is now called Survive....
