Call of Duty: Warzone developer Infinity Ward has outlined a number of steps it has undertaken to combat the free-to-play mode’s cheating problem. There are several major details in Infinity Ward’s update worth highlighting. First, the game will now notify you if the player you reported got banned. Although more robust reporting tools have yet to arrive in Warzone, you can go to your Recent Players list and report them through there....

We’ve already seen the folks at Activision and Raven Software tease Rambo and John McClane for Warzone, but now we’ve got a proper look at the former in action in-game. In a short video posted to the official Call of Duty Twitter account, we see the character with a Rambo skin sitting ready with a vantage point over a poor unsuspecting player, readying a flaming arrow to strike at his prey as they run past....

If you don’t already know, Red Access Cards can now be found all around the map as loot. Those unlock access to all bunkers except bunker 11. Bunkers hide a treasure trove of high-tier loot and killstreaks, but that’s about it. The real prize, however, is inside bunker 11, and as you may have already guessed, getting inside that one is not a simple process. There, you’ll find everything from cool Easter eggs hinting at future content, to the Legendary MP7 blueprint (Mud Drauber), which is usable in all multiplayer modes....

This new PlayStation Underground video shows around 19 minutes of 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim gameplay. The video kicks off from the beginning of the game. It is set in the 80s, but features time travel, where you will play as 13 different characters who are trying to stop an apocalyptic event. You can also customize your Sentinels with various mechsuit weaponry. In the 2D sidescrolling adventure, you will also battle the kaiju in fast-paced, top-down combat....

In July, Chernobylite will be made available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One with PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions later in the year. Change is afoot at Ubisoft. Following a number of allegations against creative leads and longtime executives, the publisher started cleaning house. Just recently, Ubisoft announced the departure of three of its top executives: Serge Hascoet, Cecile Cornet, and Ubisoft Canada head Yannis Mallat. According to Business Insider’s Samuel Horti, Christophe Derennes has now taken over part of Mallat’s role in overseeing Ubisoft Montreal. Christine Burgess Quemard will mange all of Ubisoft’s other studios in Canada....

In a new post over on the PlayStation Blog, the Dutch developer explains the premise of the photo-realistic game and outlines what players can expect from the “cinematic, first-person horror survival shooter set in a highly detailed open world environment” that runs at 60fps in 4K. “The story is centred around Jason Longfield, who wakes up in a strange forest,” writes Hasan Kahraman, game director at Blue Box Game Studios....

UK retailer Currys has introduced a lottery system for people looking to buy PlayStation 5s. As reported by VGC, folks can sign up for PS5 Priority Pass, which means you may be randomly selected to buy one of Sony’s new consoles when they are up for sale. To register, you have to be over the age of 16. Only one console is allowed per person. This is one way that retailers are trying to stop limited stock of the highly-sought-after games hardware from falling into the hands of scalpers....

Cyberpunk 2077 is already in the hands of some lucky players. Over the past few days, it became clear that some have been playing the upcoming RPG well ahead of its release date. Over on the game’s official subreddit, someone posted a picture of the PS4 retail copy. While those are easy to fake, it quickly became clear that people do have the game running right now, thanks to a number of streams and videos - most of which have been taken down....

Dead by Daylight, the asymmetrical 4v1 multiplayer horror game, has lined up yet another cross-over. This time, Dead by Daylight is getting Silent Hill content. Coming this June to PC and consoles, the Silent Hill add-on brings the new Midwich Elementary School map.
