Ghostrunner is a first-person, cyberpunk action game and a demo for it is now available on PC until May 13. The demo can be downloaded through Steam. Sony has announced the most downloaded games on the PS Store for January, and GTA 5 topped both the European and US charts. In the US, GTA 5 was followed by 2019’s most downloaded game, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Halo Infinite was initially set to launch alongside the Xbox Series X/S in November 2020, but the latest Master Chief adventure was bumped back to 2021 after a less-than-stellar gameplay showcase attracted derision and mockery in July. The title now has a vague fall 2021 release date, but it looks like it’ll be arriving in November – at least, that’s if Verlon Roberts is to be believed. On the Fadam and Friends podcast that first went live last week, Roberts states that Halo Infinite has been ‘pushed to November’ this year, before confirming he’ll be playing ‘Spartan Griffin’ in the upcoming game....
This is according to John Junyszek, community manager for 343 Industries, who stated as much on Twitter. Even though this means there will not be per-match XP at launch, you will always be progressing through challenges and therefore the battle pass. Junyszek also said during the recent Tech Preview there was an issue that caused people to run out of challenges. Current plans at launch will make it “extremely difficult to run out daily challenges,” but that said, it’s not “impossible,” due to “grinders” out there....
Halo Infinite has had an exciting weekend with its first public multiplayer test, and many people sharing their first impressions of gameplay.
