Nintendo has announced a new Nintendo Switch Lite color, called Coral. It’s pink! The color also keeps with the theme of the other Switch Lites, with its pastel coloring that’s not too bright. For those that haven’t jumped on the Switch Lite train yet, you’ll now have another color of the system to pick from! The Coral Nintendo Switch Lite will release on April 3 and costs $199.99. It also seems like the Coral Switch Lites are not affected by the possible shortages from the coronavirus outbreak, so it’s unlikely the release will be delayed!...

The Nintendo Switch’s latest firmware update has arrived. Version 9.2.0 is now available everywhere, though it doesn’t bring any exciting new features. The official page on Nintendo’s support site revealed the update’s single patch note, which is surprisingly all about that stability. “General system stability improvements to enhance the user’s experience,” it reads. That’s sadly all there is to it, which is disappointing for those hoping Nintendo would drop a big surprise to celebrate the console’s third anniversary....

According to Nikkei, the company had originally planned to sell 25.5 million units for the fiscal year which ends on March 31, instead, but it will fall short of that, as it will only be able to produce 24 million units. Nikkei states that Nintendo originally planned to produce 30 million Switch units, but the shortages of semiconductors and other electronic parts that emerged around springtime have caused Nintendo to revise its production targets due to the lack of supply....

Cyberpunk 2077 developer CD Projekt Red was once certain the game would not be pushed back again. But that was in September, when the action RPG had a November release date. Of course, Cyberpunk 2077 ended up getting one more delay anyway, but CD Projekt is now fairly certain that this will be the one. As part of a look back at the developer/publisher’s third quarter, CDPR mentioned the game’s December 10 release date multiple times throughout the document....

Prior to the launch of Outriders, I was particularly impressed with how clearly People Can Fly communicated what players can expect from the game’s different facets. The World Tier system was properly detailed, and the studio demonstrated why it was a good choice for the game. Expeditions, another major component of Outriders, was likewise presented as a proper standalone endgame activity with new content, and not simply an excuse to play the whole game again....

Speaking with IGN, Kinetic Games said it has dropped the idea of adding PvP to Early Access title Phasmophobia. According to developer Dknighterto, there are no plans at the moment to add another game mode, as it would “turn the game into something completely different.” “I want the game to remain 4 players vs. 1 AI, and balance the game, then add new features around that style of gameplay,” said Dknighterto....
